We'll discuss your event vision, guest count, layout, and rental options. Tours are complimentary and do not reserve or guarantee your event date. Enjoy a private outdoor gathering on the Imperial Patio at Empire Studio 900 in historic Mansfield. Designed for intimate celebrations, social gatherings, and relaxed evenings, the patio offers a distinctive atmosphere with a built-in bar and seating, fire pit, ambient LED lighting, and two 55-inch TVs. Capacity: Up to 30 guests with chairs-only seating. Rental: $255 for 3 hours. An $80 reservation retainer is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 14 days before your event; bookings within 14 days must be paid in full. Setup and breakdown must fit within the rental period. A signed rental agreement and completed event intake form are required. Cancellation and damage policies apply. Please note: Patio availability must be confirmed before your reservation is approved. Celebrate in style at Empire Studio 900, Mansfield’s intimate boutique event venue. Your six- hour rental includes private indoor space with two stages, 3 tables, 24 chairs, a kitchenette, private restroom, and Wi-Fi. Capacity: 35 guests comfortably with tables and chairs, or up to 50 chairs-only. Friday rental: $575 for 6 hours. A $175 reservation retainer is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 14 days before your event; bookings within 14 days must be paid in full. Setup and breakdown must fit within your rental period. Imperial Patio access is available for an additional $225, subject to availability. Signed rental agreement and completed event intake form required. Cancellation and damage policies apply.
